Coronary Sinus Injury in a Multisystem Thoracoabdominal Cut/Stab Wound

We report a case of successful treatment patient with multiple stab and cut wounds chest abdomen which resulted in the injuries venous coronary sinus abdominal organs. Surgical wound revision antishock unit, priorities surgical accesses (thoracotomy laparotomy) allowed timely cure injury. A key feature our is trauma. Coronary suturing closed heart surgery technically difficult. It has potential hazard due to proximity arteries, stricture thrombosis after suturing. Extracorporeal circulation cardioplegia ensure reliable hemostasis intact patency sinus. Clinical injury proves reasonable use autopericardial strengthening strips local hemostatic made regenerated cellulose.
